There are many different ways to get fit...but are any of them actually FUN?  Fitness trends may come and go, but the classics are classic for a reason. 

But BodyJoy is more than just a dance class: our routines include strength and resistance training, yoga and Pilates moves, and elements of ballet and kickboxing.

If you can count to 8, you can do this! Most popular music is set to an 8-count beat, so it's easy to follow along with the instructor.

 Plus we play all your favorite songs, so you won't be able to stop moving even if you wanted to!   

 And remember- no one will be looking at you. They'll all be following along and watching the instructor too. In no time you'll be a pro!

When are classes? How much does it cost?

No two bodies are alike, and we're all at different places in life and in our fitness journeys. If you have medical clearance to exercise and can stand and balance, you can do this. While the choreography and routines may be the same, you have control over your level. Don't want to skip? March instead. Don't like to squat? Lift your knees instead. We'll show you options. All you have to do is show up and listen to your body.

We offer 5 classes per week to accommodate busy schedules:


Monday & Wednesday - 8:30 AM

Tuesday & Thursday- 6:00 PM

Saturday- 9:00 AM


Our pricing is straightforward and fair- no automatic debits from your bank, no cancellation fees, no traps, no gimmicks- we don't need 'em!


1 class trial pass: $15

10 class pass: $100

1 month unlimited class pass- $125

  • Water bottle
  • Exercise Mat
  • Handweights and/or resistance bands (we will have a few on hand if you forget yours)
  • Sweat towel

Wear good, supportive "gym" shoes and light, breathable clothing. You will be sweating!
